pitcairn		8th generation of the Mutineer Fletcher Christian who led the Mutiny on the Bounty back in 1790 - andrew christians web - halfway between New Zealand and Panama, Some 5,300klm from NZ. Pitcairn has a very rugged coast line and is 3.2km long by 1.6km wide and surrounded by the endless array of the blue pacific ocean.
