A little love flying over Dunnottar Castle in Scotland.
With a history dating back to 681, Dunnottar Castle has a bloody history of battles with the Vikings and William Wallace fought with Edward I of England. It boasts a visitor list including Mary Queen of Scots and James VI. It was famously vanquished by Cromwell in 1652 as the last place in Scotland holding out for Charles II. Dunnottar's darkest moment came in May 1685 when 167 Covenanter prisoners, 122 men and 45 women, were locked in the Whig's Vault. Some died of starvation and disease, while others were killed after trying to escape. The survivors were transported to the colonies (where most died of fever) after two months in the castle.
Now,
these dramatic ruins are one of the most visited tourist attractions in Scotland and make a fine backdrop to our One Sky, One World kite.

Today 071014 15.00 I flew my kites in the same sky as all of my kite friends around the world.
I wish everyone a peaceful and joyful world.
Friendly regards, Johan Hallin

Was at home in Sweden over the weekend and finished a new design - Flamma Stolt. Virgin flight today, 14 Oct., in the cold rain was 80% succesful.
Enclosing 2 pictures of this: Flamma Stolt - virgin flight and Osow - Västerås rain. (Västerås 120 km west of Stockholm)
Also I noticed the the picture from OSOW 2006 for Tanzania, Ngorongoro was still missing, so here it is.

Keep it UP! Andreas
